The Virginias are from Africa and Brazil, hand-stripped, aged perfectly and give a sweet raisin quality to harmonise with the Louisiana Perique that has a deep, fruity, figgy-plummy flavour and mild peppery spice. The tin note of this treasure chest is like sweet and fruity bread. How you decide to prepare the coins for smoking is up to you but the universal rubbing out method gives great results. The resulting ribbon is easy to load and smoke.
