The 2023 UK Habanos Regional Edition La Flor de Cano Selectos No.3 will be available from UK La Casa del Habano shops and Havana Cigar Specialists from 7th February 2025.

The Selectos No.3 is the third UK Regional Edition from the brand, following the Short Robusto (2010) and the Gran Cano (2013). 125,000 Selectos No.3 cigars have been produced, each sporting a unique band printed with the size name. They ar presented in 5,000 cabinet boxes of 25 cigars (SLB’s).

Despite at one time being one of the most popular sizes, today only one Cervantes size remains in the Habanos standard portfolio; the Montecristo No.1.

The Selectos No.3 has a sweet floral beginning that includes a citrus freshness. As the cigar progresses this develops into a rich spiciness without ever losing its charm and tipping into bitterness.

The relatively long and slim vitola provides a perfect format for Flor de Cano’s elegant blend to evolve throughout the hour or so it takes to enjoy. It is a pleasure to smoke now but will no doubt age with the grace and refinement of its illustrious predecessors.

Inspired by the short-live handmade Flor de Canos produced between 1988 and 1992 and in particular the legendary "short Churchill'. This cigar was a phenomenal success and great lengths were taken to faithfully recreate not only the original blend but also the original packaging, complete with the signature green ink hots tamp on the box
